Taking the Oath of Office
Pinning on the new rank! (Emma dropped one of the frogs and was finding it for us.)
It is a custom that when you finish putting the rank on, minus the frogs (the backs), you hit the shoulders... here is Emma hitting her Daddy's shoulders!

she is so cute i love the picture of her in the rocking chair just having a blast. Wish simple things like that entertained me to no end. good to hear she had a good birthday give her a birthday hug for me!

ps good job letting her get all dirty playing in the rain but im not so sure if she was going to do that she needed to be dressed.
